• Tool inputs. The text you paste into our AI tools is transmitted to our servers, forwarded to a third-party AI provider to generate output, and returned to your browser. We do not store tool inputs. They are processed in memory and discarded once the response is delivered.
• Email address. If you subscribe to our newsletter, we store your email address and the date you subscribed. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send.
• Communications. If you email us (hello@mintaitools.com), we keep a copy of the correspondence so we can respond.

1.2 Information collected automatically

• Usage data. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages are visited, how long people stay, and where they come from. This includes IP address (truncated by Google), browser type, device type, referring URL, and pages viewed.
• Advertising data. We use Google AdSense to display ads. Google and its partners may use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this Site or other websites.
• Technical logs. Our hosting provider (Vercel) may log request metadata for security and abuse prevention, retained for a short period (typically 30 days).

• Newsletter emails: kept until you unsubscribe, plus 30 days for backup purposes.
• Email correspondence: kept for up to 2 years for reference.
• Server logs: typically retained 30 days by our hosting provider.
• Analytics data: retained per Google Analytics defaults (currently 14 months).

However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of information you transmit to the Site.

9. International Data Transfers

Our service providers are primarily based in the United States. If you access the Site from outside the US, your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the US. Where required, transfers rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes will be highlighted on the homepage for a reasonable period. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated policy.
